Look better. Feel better. Live better.

Hello! My name is Marie Fell
I’m a pelvic health physiotherapist who is passionate about educating, inspiring and empowering all pregnant and post natal ladies to keep active, tune into their pelvic floor and restore their natural core muscles.
I’m on a mission to improve post natal care for all women after being left in the lurch myself in October 2017 after the birth of my second child.
I teach postural awareness, specialise in pregnancy and post baby pilates and I focus on your pelvic floor health.
My aim is to Educate, Inspire & Empower all women throughout their pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Let me show you how to perfect your posture, practise pilates to restore your core and help you find your pelvic floor harmony.
